Check the log before you write in

Most "why did it do that?" questions are answered by the reason label on the blocked-call entry:

  • AI risk: the score handled it. Add a wrongly caught caller to trusted contacts rather than lowering the AI handling for everyone.
  • Area code, prefix, or pattern: one of your own rules fired. Narrow the rule if it caught a real caller.
  • Strict mode or schedule: the active profile did it. Check which profile was running at that time.

If you do email, include your Android version, the reason label from the log, and what you expected to happen instead. That is usually enough for a useful first reply.
